摘要
由cis-氢化诺卜醇与亚硫酰氯反应制得cis-氢化诺卜基氯,再分别与二甲胺、二乙胺、二正丙胺、二正丁胺、六氢吡啶、吗啉等仲胺反应,合成了6种cis-氢化诺卜基的叔胺,产品GC纯度达95%以上.通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱分析表征了它们的结构.
Cis-hydronopyl chloride was synthesized by cis-hydronopol and thionyl chloride. Then six kinds of cishydronopyl tertiary amine compounds were synthesized from the reaction of hydronopyl chloride with dimethylamine,diethylamin,diisopropylamin,dipropylamine,dibutylamine,hexahydropyridine and morpholine respectively. The GC content of the products were over 95% and their structures were characterized and analyzed by IR,NMR and MS methods.
