摘要
倒伏度和落粒难易程度不同的水稻所需的扶禾速度不同,针对现有半喂入水稻联合收割机扶禾速度不可调的问题,提出了一种适合于小型半喂入联合收割机的新型电驱式扶禾系统。对扶禾系统的运动进行了分析,并探讨了扶禾速度与顺割,逆割之间的关系,然后分析了调速系统的设计,根据速度调节需要设计一种小型半喂入水稻联合收割机电驱式扶禾系统。理论研究表明半喂入水稻联合收割机电驱式扶禾系统对不同生长状态的水稻收割可提高收获率。
The degree of different loading and falling grain needs for different taking speed. In connection with the speed of the semi-fed combine harvester that can not be adjusted,it puts forward an electric drive taking grain system which is suitable for the semi-fed combine harvester. The motions of the taking grain system have been analyzed, and the taking speed of grain and smooth cut, reverse cut have been discussed, and then analyzes the rationality of the design of the speed control system.According to the requirements of the speed regulation, designs a small semi-fed rice combine harvester electric drive type taking grain system. Theoretical studies have shown that semi-fed rice combine harvester electric drive type taking grain system can improve the recovery of harvest for different growth status.
