摘要 磁性珩磨是利用磁力驱动原理来进行加工的一种新技术,在该系统的加工过程中,磁场和温度场的分布是影响加工效果以及可持续加工时间的关键因素。前期研究的结果显示:对该系统的温度场分布,其理论研究分析与实验结果存在较大偏差。考虑到前期研究只进行了稳态分析,而实际启动时,由于磁性珩磨系统所受负载较大,达到稳态所需时间较长,故启动过程对磁场和温度场的影响不可忽略。针对磁性珩磨系统的启动过程进行研究,并根据实际情况考虑转动惯量和阻尼对系统的影响,得出了该系统的磁感应强度分布和电磁转矩曲线,并对稳态分析中的转子初始角进行了修正,为后续分析该系统的温度场提供可靠的依据。 Magnetic honing is a new processing technology based on magnetic driving principle,whose temperature field and magnetic field distribution are the key factors affecting the processed results and sustainable processing time in the process of the system. The results of previous studies show that the temperature distribution of the system is greatly biased between the theoretical analysis and experiment results. Considering the previous studies only analyzed the steady state and in the actual starting process,due to larger load on the magnetic honing system and requiring for reaching the steady state for a long time,starting process having effect on magnetic field and temperature field can't be ignored. It conducts the research on starting process for magnetic honing system and considering rotary inertia and damping influencing system according to the actual situation,the distribution of magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic torque curve are obtained. Then the initial rotor angle of steady state analysis is revised,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the analysis of subsequent temperature field of the system.
