摘要
对剪刀架举升机构支臂的设计,未在机构运动变化的背景下加以考察过。为此,提出一种基于理想时变截面的支臂优化设计方法。此方法通过一个支臂截面参数模型的建立及其变化过程的图像化,来实现支臂的优化设计。给出一种臂间构型剪升机构支臂的优化设计全过程:依据带有理想时变截面特性的支臂动态优化模型,进一步提出一系列的工程简化方案。针对得到的系列方案,在安全性、可加工性和结构质量等方面进行了对比分析,同时讨论了这些方案已有应用的实例及尚未应用实例的适用场合。基于理想时变截面的优化满足了基于力学优化的精确性,其后的工程简化则满足了可用性。论文提出的优化思想具有普遍性,可推广到其它机构的优化设计中。
Design on arms of Scissor Lift Mechanism(SLM)has never been investigated under context of motion process. Based on thought of ideal time-varying crosssection,a kind of optimization design method is herein proposed. With this method,optimization of armsis realized through building up a model of cross-section's parameter and visualizing it. A completed optimization process for SLM arms with aninput configuration between armsis given:engineering simplificationsolutionsare put forward based on presented ideal time-varying cross section model.Security,machinability and system weightof achieved engineering solutions are individually compared. Existing examples from engineering solutions and otherpromising onesare discussed carefully.The presented ideal time-varying cross-section optimization meets accuracy of mechanical optimization.The after engineering simplification solutions ensure availability. This optimization methodologycould be universal and thusbe extended to other mechanism optimizations.
