多孔泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器设计及力学性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 磁流变液阻尼器的力学性能直接决定了其应用范围。目前的磁流变液阻尼器主要集中于大阻尼力的减振,而对于阻尼力范围较小的应用较少。对此,根据多孔泡沫金属材料的特性,论文设计了一种多孔泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器,分析了其工作原理,并利用搭建的性能测试系统对其力学性能影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:该多孔泡沫金属阻尼器可用于小阻尼力方面的减振,而且其他条件相同时,采用泡沫金属铜产生的阻尼力比采用泡沫金属镍的阻尼力大,为磁流变技术的推广应用提供了新思路。 The application of Magnetorheological(MR)damper is directly determined by its damping force. By now,most of MR dampersfocus on large-force vibration reduction. This force is too high for small-scale applications. Therefore,a porous foam metal MR damper was designed. The working principle of the proposed was described firstly,and then the influences of damping force were also studied based on the homemade performance test system. The results showed that the porous foam metal MR damper can be applied into small-scale vibration reduction,and in the same conditions,the porous foam metal Cu can produce larger damping force compared with porous metal Ni.
