摘要 采煤机设计领域规则知识种类繁多,规则知识的合理表示是实现采煤机智能设计的关键技术之一。为实现采煤机设计领域经验知识的共享与重用,采用面向对象为主、产生式规则和过程表示为辅的混合知识表示模型,将对象信息、设计过程和经验规则集中表达于模型中,实现了设计对象及其设计知识的集成。在知识表示的基础上,研究了规则库的分类与存储结构,建立了采煤机设计规则库,分析了规则推理方法,并应用于采煤机智能设计系统中。通过采煤机截割部传动系统设计实例,验证了该方法有效可靠。 There are many different kinds of the shearer domain rule knowledge and their representation is one of the key technologies to realize intelligent design of the shearer. For the realization of sharing and reuse of the shearer domain knowledge,a hybrid knowledge expression model is put forward,which is mainly to the knowledge representation of objectoriented,as supplement to production rules and process knowledge representation method,concentrated express the object information,the design process as well as empirical rule by model. It realizes the integration of design object and knowledge.On the basis of knowledge representation,the classification and storage structure of rule base are researched,the rule base of shearer design is established,the rule based reasoning is analyzed and the intelligent design system is developed. The method is proved to be effective and reliable by the design example of the transmission system of the shearer cutting part.
