摘要
针对某厂激光焊机凸模寿命远远低于设计寿命的现象,提出了提高凸模寿命的方法:将凸模刀刃由平刃口改为V形刃口并适当增大凸模与凹模之间间隙。利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-2D对改进前后两种凸模冲裁不锈钢板(AISI304)过程进行了模拟,对比了冲孔过程中钢板产生弹性变形、塑性变形、裂纹生成扩展、材料分离的过程及凸模所受冲裁力的变化。采用Die Stress Analysis模块对凸模的应力场进行分析,对比了两种凸模在冲孔过程中的应力变化。理论分析和现场实践结果一致:改造后的凸模寿命大大提高。
Because of that the puncher's actual life is shorter than it wished,an improved method of increasing puncher's life is put forward. The die blade is changed into a V shaped edge by a flat blade,and the gap between dies is increased. The blanking process of stainless steel plate(AISI 304)is simulated by DEFORM-2D. The elastic and plastic deformation,crack initiation and propagation,material fracture of plate and variation of blanking force are analyzed. After that,the stress field of puncher is simulated with die stress analysis modular. The stress variations of the punchers are compared. The theoretical analysis is consistent with practice on site: the puncher's life is greatly increased.
