摘要
针对民机隐性功能系统预防性维修策略优化的问题,假设隐性故障的检查和修理效果是"最小维修"、翻修效果是"完美维修"的基础上,运用威布尔分布建立民机隐性功能系统"翻修期"区间内的可靠度函数约束模型下的成本率函数(CRF)优化模型,并基于"数值模拟法"对比分析出可靠度函数和成本率函数随维修间隔的变化趋势,分析结果表明,民机隐性功能系统预防性维修策略优化模型能够较好地实现维修间隔最优化的目标,可为航空公司制定维修决策和优化维修方案提供参考。
To the problem of preventive maintenance policy optimization of civil aircraft hidden function system,supposes that the inspection and repair effect of hidden failure is "minimal maintenance"and that the effect of overhaul is"perfect maintenance",applies Weibull distribution to build the Cost Rate Function(CRF)optimal model of hidden function system of civil aircraft under reliability function constraint model in "overhaul period",and based on numerical simulation method,contrastively analyzes the trend of reliability function and cost rate function changing with maintenance interval. The result shows that the model can preferably realize the goal to optimize maintenance interval and provide reference for airlines to optimize make maintenance policy and maintenance program.
