摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定叶底珠中一叶萩碱和别一叶萩碱在各部位中的含量。结果表明,一叶萩碱在各部位的质量分数w_(根皮)>w_(细根)>w_(枝干皮)>w_(木部)>w_(嫩叶芽(济南))>w_(枝叶)>w_根>w_(嫩叶芽(临沂))。别一叶萩碱在各部位的质量分数w_(根皮)>w_(细根)>w_(木部)>w_(枝干皮)>w_根>w_(嫩叶芽(临沂))>w_(嫩叶芽(济南))>w_(枝叶)。本实验为叶底珠生药成分中一叶萩碱和别一叶萩碱的定性和定量测定提供了科学依据。
We employed HPLC to determine the content of securinine and allosecurinine from every section of Securinega suffruticosa. Results show that securinine content is Wroot bark 〉 W tine root 〉 W limb skin 〉 W xylem 〉 Wbud (jinan) 〉 Wbranches and leaves 〉 Wroot 〉 W bud (linyi). Allosecurinine content is Wrootbark 〉 W fine root 〉 Wxylem 〉 Wlimb skin 〉 Wroot 〉 Wbud (linyi) 〉 Wbud (jinan) 〉 Wbranches and leaves. The experiments provide scientific reference for qualitative and quantitative determination of securinine and allosecurinine from Securinega suffruticosa.
