摘要
采用光谱仪、金相显微镜以及电子探针显微分析仪等对煤气发生炉立面Q235B钢板断裂处的化学成分、断面形貌和夹杂物成分等进行了失效分析。认为钢板中存在的带状金相组织是导致钢板断裂的主要原因,少量的硫化物和硅酸盐混合夹杂也对钢板性能产生了影响。提出了在钢材冶炼过程中减少夹杂物的产生、采取正火处理或扩散退火消除带状组织缺陷等预防改进的措施。
We analyze such failure reasons of steel plate Q235B fracture of gas generator as its chemical composition, fracture appearance and inclusion composition by a spectrometer, a metallurgical microscope, an electron probe, etc. We discover that the main causes of the steel plate fracture are sulfide-silicate inclusion and strip metallographic structure in the steel plate. We further present such prevention and improvement measures as inclusion reduction, normalizing processing or strip structure elimination through diffusion annealing.
