摘要 离心压缩机轴向力受几何、运行环境等因素的影响,其方向和大小随工况不同而不断变化,因此找到一种离心压缩机轴向力精确的计算方法是十分必要的。该文从转子受力角度及叶轮压力分布规律分析轴向力的影响因素,并推导轴向力计算公式,然后以制冷离心压缩机为例,计算不同工况轴向力的大小,并通过对该压缩机进行试验以验证理论计算的准确性。通过试验验证:轴向力计算结果与实验结果吻合度比较好,误差仅为5%以内。研究结论为离心压缩机轴向力设计提供理论依据。 Axial force of centrifugal compressor is affected by the factors of geometry and running environment etc. The direction and valuve are changed by the difference of running condition. Therefore it's very necessary to summarize the method that how to calculate the axial force of centrifugal compressor exactly. The article construes the influence factors of axial force from the force analysis and pressure distribution of the rotor bearing. Axial torce calcu- lation formula is derived and refrigeration centrifugal compressor is taken as an example to calculate axial force of the different working conditions. Then take some experiments to verify the accuracy of theoretical calculation. It's proved that the axi',d force calculation results are approximate with the experimental results and the error is only 5%. Re- search conclusions provide the theoretical basis for the centrifugal compressor design about axial force.
