现浇脱硫建筑石膏发泡轻质墙体材料的制备 被引量:3

摘要 研究了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)和泡沫掺量对现浇脱硫石膏发泡轻质墙体材料制备及性能的影响。结果表明,在制备发泡石膏试样过程中掺入0.042%的CMC时,与未掺加CMC的试样相比,其泡沫的半消时间延长至59min;发泡石膏材料的泡沫最佳掺量为3ml/g,试样的密度由1158kg/m^3降为308kg/m^3。快硬硫铝酸盐水泥的加入,提高了发泡石膏材料的抗压强度,当快硬硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为粉体质量的20%时,与未掺SAC试样相比,抗压强度提高169.3%。 This paper studies the effect of carboxyl methyl cellulose ( CMC ), sulphoaluminate early - strength cement (SAC) and foam volume on the properties of FGD gypsum cast - in - site type foaming light- weight wall materials (DGCFM). The result shows that, by adding 0.042 % CMC, the half - foam -breaking time increases to 59 minter compared with the blank plaster sample;the optimum dosage of the foam is 3 ml/g, the density of the sample decreasing from 1 158 kg/m^3 to 308 kg/m^3 ;and by adding SAC, the compressive strength of DGCFM is increased: compared with the blank simple, the compressive strength is increased by 169.3% with 20 % SAC.
