摘要
背景双腔支气管导管（double-lumen endobronchial tube，I）LT）是最常用的单肺通气工具。由DLT导致的气管、支气管破裂虽然少见，但是往往危及生命。目的提高对DLT导致的气管、支气管破裂的认识和诊治水平。内容综述DLT导致气管、支气管破裂的原因、预防措施、诊断要点以及治疗方法。趋向对于插入DLT的患者，麻醉科医师要时刻警惕气管、支气管破裂的发生，一旦诊断明确，应采取正确的治疗方法。及时做出诊断并采取合适的治疗手段可降低其病死率。
Background Double-lumen endobronchial tube （DLT） is the most common method for one -lung ventilation. Tracheobronchial rupture resulting from DLT is rare but may be lifehreatening. Objective To improve the diagnosis and therapeutic level of tracheobronchial rupture caused by DLT. Content The study reviews the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of tracheobronchial rupture caused by DLT. Trend Anesthesiologist must be alerted to the possibility for tracheobronchial rupture in patients with DLT. The patients ought to be treated with correct techniques once diagnosis is confirmed. Mortality could be reduced through timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
