摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅氧烷(A-151)、丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,采用预聚合半连续滴加法合成了含硅量高的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,对聚合产物进行了傅里叶转换红外(FTIR)、差示扫描(DSC)、热重(TG)等表征,分析了乳液聚合物的耐水性的影响因素以及有机硅单体含量对乳液性能的影响。
An organosilicon modified acrylate emulsion with high silicon content was synthesized with raw materials of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), vinyltriethoxy siloxane (A-151) and acrylate monomer according to pre-polymerization semi- continuous dripping method. Then, the polymerisate was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and other methods to analyze the factors influencing water resistance of the emulsion polymer and the effect of organosilicon monomer content on its performance.
