History and current situation of oncoplastic surgery in China——Responsibility and obligation of cancer surgeons to cure tumor,and to let the patients have a healthy and beautiful life

肿瘤整形外科学是肿瘤外科学的一个分支,是一个融合肿瘤外科、整形外科、显微外科的理论和技术,是在肿瘤多学科综合治疗(MDT)的基础上、以有计划的肿瘤根治性切除加一期修复重建为特征的外科交叉和边缘学科。本文回顾肿瘤整形外科学产生的历史背景,阐述了提出肿瘤整形外科学概念以及创建其理论体系的过程,探讨了肿瘤整形外科学未来的发展趋势。

On the basis of multidisciplinary treatment（ MDT） in oncology, oncoplastic surgery, as an interdisciplinary branch,integrates theories and technologies from surgical oncology,plastic surgery and microsurgery for planned radical resection,primary repair and reconstruction. In addition to a review of the historical background for its emergence,this paper describes the process how oncoplastic surgery has developed from its initial conception to the present state with a discussion of its prospective trend for further growth.
