摘要
利用亚硝酸乙酯氧化乙酰呋喃,得到2(2-呋喃基)-2-氧代乙酸,再与甲氧胺盐酸盐缩合,制得2(2-呋喃基)-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸.通过实验筛选出了最佳反应条件.目标产物经1 HNMR进行了表征.采用该法能够方便地制得2(2-呋喃基)-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸,并且反应收率高,过程温和,操作简单和三废少.
The 2-acetyl furan was first converted to 2-furanyloxoacetic acid with the oxidation of ethyl nitrite.By reacting with methoxyamine hydrochloride,the 2-methoxyimino-2-furylacetic acid was obtained.The reaction temperature and time had been optimized through the experimens.The target products had been identified with 1 HNMR.The method has many advantages,such as high yield,mild process,and simple operation with much fewer waste and pollution.
