摘要
近年来,我国输变电工程建设项目的投入逐年增加,但其造价波动很大,存在较大风险。因此,对我国输变电建设项目工程造价风险影响因素及其风险评价方法进行研究,有利于提高电网企业经济效益。利用WBS-RBS风险识别方法对输变电工程造价风险的影响因素进行风险识别,然后利用粗糙集理论对其评价指标体系进行约简优化,最后建立以支持向量机理论为基础的输变电工程造价风险评价模型,为输变电工程造价风险评价提供了一种科学有效的方法。
In recent years, power transmission and transformation project investment increased year by year in china, but its cost fluctuation is very big, there is a big risk. Therefore, research on the risk of power transmission and transformation projects" costs have an important role to promote the development of national economy and improve the economic benefits of power grid en- terprise. Using WBS - RBS risk identification method to analysis the influence factors of the power transmission and transforma- tion project" cost, then using the theory of rough set to optimize the evaluation index system, and finally established of power trans- mission and transformation projects'cost risk evaluation model on the basis of support vector machine theory. Thus the article pro- vides a scientific and effective method for power transmission and transformation project risk evaluation.
