摘要
从施工企业投标面临的抉择出发,在投标决策与项目组合理论协同分析的基础上,探讨了施工企业战略目标导向下投标决策问题。在战略目标分析阶段,根据企业不同发展阶段的不同战略,从财务状况、企业运营、客户及创新与发展4个维度,建立了包含8个指标的战略目标评价体系,并利用熵权法对指标权重进行计算;在战略价值评价阶段,运用三角模糊数和蒙特卡洛分别对定性指标和预期利润率进行评价,并借鉴灰色关联度法完成对各项目总体战略价值的优先级排序,对施工企业投标决策具有重要的指导意义。
The Paper from the multi -project choice that construction enterprises bidding in the period of project decision, discuss the construction of corporate strategic objectives to guide decision - making problems . In the strategic target analysis stage, according to the different strategy, it built the scientific system contains 8 strategic indicators, from the financial situation, enterprise operation, customer, innovation and development four dimensions, and use entropy weight method to calculate the con- crete index weight. And in the strategic value of the evaluation stage, using triangular fuzzy numbers and Monte Carlo qualitative indicators and expected profitability were evaluated. And in reference method of gray correlation and prioritization of completion of the overall strategic value of each project and the construction companies to bid decision, it has important practical and theoretical value.
