摘要
本文探讨了运用神经达尔文主义理论分析智库运行机理和信息运行机制的适用性,基于神经达尔文主义理论对大脑运行机理的认识构建了智库运行的神经达尔文主义模型。以兰德公司为案例深入解析了智库运行的五大信息机制,即信息获取机制;多样性维持机制;信息处理机制;价值约束机制;整合协调机制。
This paper applies the neural Darwinism theory to analyze the applicability of the running theories of thinktanks and the operational mechanisms of information. It builds the neural Darwinism model of think tanks based on the run-ning theories of human brains. With the example of Rand Corporation, this paper deeply discusses the five informationmechanisms in the running theories of think tanks, i.e. the information collecting mechanism, the diversity maintainingmechanism, the information processing mechanism, the value restricting mechanism, and the integrated coordinating mecha-nism.
