政务微博知识推送的知识网络演化研究——基于知识协同视角

Research on Knowledge Network Evolution in the Process of Government Microblogging Knowledge Push——from the Perspective of Knowledge Collaboration

以政务微博为中心形成的社会网络为依托,在分析网络结构演化动力的基础上,构建了微博知识推送过程中形成的知识网络。基于网络结构决定网络功能,以优秀政务微博"北京发布"为实例,通过对不同时间段形成的知识网络的主要结构性指标的对比分析,从知识协同视角分析了封闭性系统在内生动力作用下演变的方向和规律,提出今后政务微博建设工作的方向,为实现政务微博平台的政府和公众之间的知识协同提供理论指导。

This paper analyzed the endogenous and exogenous dynamics in the evolution process of the knowledge pushnetwork of the government microblogging. Furthermore, it built knowledge network based on the dynamics analysis. Basedon the theory that structure determines function, it analyzed the tendency of the structure evolution of the knowledge net-work structure from the perspective of knowledge collaboration with the comparative analysis of an example—＂BeijingCity＂. In addition to these, this paper proposed some reasonable suggestions for the construction work of government micro-blogging to achieve the goal of knowledge collaboration of government and the public.
