摘要
微博已成为搜集竞争情报的重要源泉。以微博为研究环境,分析其信息架构与传播模式,提出竞争情报有效性分析原则,探讨通过微博进行竞争情报搜集的原理、方式和方法。以小米手机为例对其应用微博搜集竞争情报进行实证研究并予以评价,提出相关完善建议。
Microblog has become an important source of competitive intelligence gathering. Research microblog and ana-lyze its information architecture and communication mode, propose analysis principles about the effectiveness of competi-tive intelligence analysis, explore the principles, ways and means about how to use microblog to obtain competitive intelli-gence. Take Xiaomi for example, research and evaluate how it use microblog to gather competitive intelligence, and thenmake relevant suggestions for improvement.
