摘要
在不同浓度(0%、5%、10%、15%,20%、25%)的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件下,测定雪菊种子萌发时间、日相对萌发率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗的胚根长度、胚芽长度和鲜重等指标,研究不同浓度PEG-6000处理对雪菊种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,了解由PEG-6000浸种预处理后种子的恢复萌发的能力。结果表明:PEG-6000浓度越大,雪菊种子萌发和幼苗生长受抑制的作用越大;雪菊种子萌发的时间延迟,日相对萌发率和发芽率均呈下降趋势;发芽势和发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗的胚根长、胚芽长和鲜重均呈先升高后下降的趋势;当PEG-6000浓度为25%时,雪菊种子未见萌发,但在适宜条件下恢复萌发。
0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25% concentration of PEG-6000 solution simulated drought stress conditions for Coreopsis tinctoria germination time,daily relative germination rate,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and seedling root length,embryo length,fresh weight under each water stress were recorded.The effects of different concentrations through PEG-6000 treatment on seed germination,and seed soaking with PEG-6000 after pretreatment of the recovery germination ability were studied.The results show that larger concentrations of PEG-6000,Coreopsis tinctoria seed germination and seedling growth were more obnously inhibited;Coreopsis tinctoria seed germination time delay,relative germination rate and germination rate showed downward trend;germination potential,germination index,vigor index and seedling root length,embryo length,fresh weight showed a trend of first increased and then decreased;When the PEG concentration was 25%,the seeds of Coreopsis tinctoria did not germinate,and the seeds recovered germination under optimal conditions.
