流浪未成年人的心理发展特征及救助方法

The Psychological Characteristics of Wandering Juveniles and the Assistance Methods

人格缺陷与行为问题是阻碍流浪未成年人回归社会的主要障碍,因而对于流浪未成年人的救助工作,必须以深入了解其心理发展特征为前提。通过调查研究发现流浪未成年人的心理发展特点主要表现为:一方面对自我没有清晰的认识以及自我价值感不高,另一方面缺乏人际交往技能以及随之而来的孤独孤僻。针对这些问题,提倡在流浪未成年人的救助工作中,应当通过平等而不歧视、接纳而不排斥的救助态度,着重帮助流浪未成年人建立积极的自我概念和习得良好的人际交往技能。

Personality defect and behavior problems are the main obstacles of wandering juveniles to return to the society. Therefore, making a deep understanding of the psychological characteristics of the wandering juveniles is a must to assist them. The investigation and research found that the psychological characteristics of wandering juveniles are shown in the following two sides. One is that their self- concepts are not clear and their worldviews are negative. Another is that they lack capability to make interpersonal communication, which brings them loneliness. Considering these problems, it is encouraged to hold an equal and acceptable attitude to assist the wandering juvenile to build a positive self - concept and to learn some interpersonal skills.
