摘要
用于绿色混凝土的生态型胶凝材料,具有利用废弃资源、水化热低、标准稠度用水量低、收缩小等特点。本研究研究的生态型胶凝材料采用低熟料组成和分磨工艺,为避免现代混凝土生产中由于三氧化硫缺失引发的问题,生态型胶凝材料制备中对三氧化硫的进行了优化。在生态型胶凝材料中,三氧化硫的改变不仅起到调节凝结时间的作用,而且影响着生态型胶凝材料的需水行为、强度与收缩性能。通过研究三氧化硫对生态型胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、强度以及干缩性能的影响,提出生态型胶凝材料适宜的三氧化硫含量。
Ecological cementations materials which are devoted in to green concrete can use the waste resources.It has the characteris- tics of low hydration heat, low water requirement of normal consistency and low shrinkage. It studied ecological cementations materials with low clinker composition and made by process of points and grinding. SO3 needs to be optimized in the preparation of ecological ce- mentations materials in order to avoid the problems caused by the lack of sulfur trioxide in the production of modem concrete. SO3 not only adjusts the setting time but also influence the water consumption, the strength and the shrinkage performance of ecological cementa- tions materials.This experiment studied the effect of SO3 on above -mentioned properties of ecological cementations materials, and finally put forward the suitable production of SO3.
