摘要 针对镁渣利用率低,抹灰砂浆脱落和开裂的问题,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量和外加剂掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案,试验研究镁渣复合抹灰砂浆的强度特性。研究结果表明镁渣对抹灰砂浆的抗压强度和黏结强度有一定的贡献,粉煤灰能显著提高抹灰砂浆的黏结性能;各因素作用的重要性顺序依次为水胶比、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量、镁渣掺量和外加剂掺量,水胶比和粉煤灰取代率的影响显著,其他因素的影响不显著;建立了抹灰砂浆强度显著的多元非线性回归模型,以及黏结强度与抗压强度间的关系模型,研究结果为复合抹灰砂浆的配合比设计及黏结性能改善提供了理论支撑。 Aiming at the problem of the low utilization rate of magnesium slag, plastering mortar abscission and cracking, orthogonal test scheme was designed to study the strength properties of magnesium slag composite plastering mortar by experiment. Experimental results show that there are some contribution of magnesium slag on the plastering mortar compressive strength and bond strength,and fly ash can significantly improve the bonding performance of plastering mortar.The order of importance is the water binder ratio, fly ash re- placement ratio, unit water, magnesium slag content and the amount of admixture successively. The influence of water binder ratio and fly ash replacement rate is significant, others is not significant. The strength model of plastering mortar was established which is multi nonlinear and significant, and the relationship model between the bond strength and compressive strength. Theoretical support is provided for the mixture ratio design and adhesive properties improvement of composite plastering mortar.
