摘要
为改善黄河下游地区水质口感"苦、涩"等情况,耿井水厂于2011年启动水质达标改造工程,在常规处理工艺的基础上增加了臭氧/活性炭过滤深度处理工艺,使得出厂水水质在原有达标的基础上得到了进一步提高。但自2014年下半年开始,活性炭滤池对COD_(Mn)的去除效果呈现下降趋势,影响了出厂水水质。针对这一问题,通过采取确定臭氧最佳投量、优化反冲洗方案、强化常规处理工艺等技术措施,将COD_(Mn)总去除率提高了20%左右,取得了较好的水质提升效果。
In order to improve the water quality in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, such as bitter and astringent tastes, Gengjing Waterworks started the upgrading project for ensuring water quality meeting the national standard in 2011. On the basis of conventional treatment processes, the ozone/activated carbon filtration was added as advanced treatment to further improve the finished water quality. But since the second half of 2014, the removal rate of CODM. by the activated carbon filter decreased, thus affecting the finished water quality. To solve the problem, technical measures were adopted, including determining the optimum dosage of ozone, optimizing the backwashing and enhancing the conventional process. The removal rate of CODMn by the activated carbon filter increased by about 20%. The finished water quality was significantly improved.
