随着城市的快速发展,城市地下排水管网日益庞大,如何有效督导、指挥外业工作人员的现场工作,如何提升管网爆管的应急反应能力,建立快速、灵活的应急方案一直是排水企业迫切需要解决的问题。为此,以杭州余杭水务有限公司建设的外勤管理系统为实际案例,探讨了排水管网现场工作管理方式、实现方法、关键技术与创新,并介绍了外勤管理系统的主要应用功能。

With the rapid development of cities, the underground drainage pipe networks are increasingly becoming larger. It has always been a problem to be solved urgently that how to efficiently supervise and instruct the field work, how to optimize the emergency response measures against the pipe burst and to develop fast and flexible emergency response plans. Taking the practical field work management system developed by Hangzhou Yuhang Water Co. Ltd. as a study case, the field work management methods of drainage pipe networks, the implementation ways, key technologies and innovation were discussed, and the applications and functions of this field work management system were introduced.
