摘要
应用SUSTAIN软件,以嘉兴市晴湾佳苑居民小区A、B期为研究对象,针对开发前、建成未实施LID和建成实施LID三种情景,进行雨水径流量和主要污染物模拟,以评估LID对径流污染的控制能力。结果表明,与建成未实施LID措施情景相比,建成实施LID措施情景可以削减39.7%的年径流量和35.6%的峰值流量,对TN、TP、COD和TSS污染负荷的削减率分别可以达到51.7%、55.3%、52.2%和58.7%,是最具成本—效益的方案之一。提出了SUSTAIN在我国应用的建模方法,然而因其基础数据需求量大、数据精度要求高、参数众多且操作过程较为复杂,推广实用性受到一定限制,因此亟需建立并开放我国高精度土地利用、土壤水文、监测断面水量水质和LID成本数据库。
The System for Urban Stormwater Treatment and Analysis Integration (SUSTAIN) mod- el was applied to evaluate the runoff and pollutant reduction capability of LIDs in Jiaxing Qingwanjiayuan residential area under the undeveloped scenario and developed scenario with and without LIDs. The results showed that the annual runoff rate and peak flow decreased by 39.7% and 35.6%, and the annual loads of TN, TP, COD and TSS decreased by 51.7%, 55.3%, 52.2% and 58.7% respectively under the developed scenario with LIDs compared with that without LIDs. The applied LIDs were one of the most cost-effective solutions. Modeling method for application of SUSTAIN model in China was proposed. It is suggested to build and open national database of land use, soil hydrological characteristic, water quantity and quality data at monitoring sections as well as LID costs, to meet the data, accuracy and parameter requirements of SUSTAIN model.
