摘要
生漆中主要的成膜物质为漆酚,而漆酚二聚体或多聚体的含量直接影响生漆的干燥速率,常采用二茂铁催干。采用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)研究了二茂铁对生漆漆酚氧化聚合过程的影响,并考察了其对生漆漆酚成膜性能的影响。结果表明:二茂铁对生漆漆酚氧化聚合物形成的过程具有抑制作用,并且随着二茂铁加入量增大其对漆酚氧化聚合物的抑制作用越明显,在二茂铁质量分数为5%时对漆酚氧化聚合物抑制作用最大;同时二茂铁对生漆漆膜性能影响不大。
The gel permeation chromatography(GPC)was used to study the influences of ferrocene on the oxypolymerization process of urushiol in the raw lacquer,and the effect on the film performance of urushiol was evaluated.Results showed that ferrocene had inhibitory effect on the formation process of urushiol oxypolymers,and with the increase of ferrocene content,the inhibitory effect on urushiol oxypolymers became stronger.When the mass fraction of ferrocene was 5%,the effect on urushiol oxypolymers was maximum,and the effect of ferrocene on the performance of film was small.
