男性2型糖尿病患者性激素与骨代谢水平分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析男性2型糖尿病患者性激素与骨代谢水平。方法采用化学发光法测定66例男性2型糖尿病患者血清性激素及骨代谢指标;采用双能X射线骨密度测定仪测定腰椎正位L1-L4、髋部骨密度。分析不同年龄及不同骨量组患者性激素等水平。结果血清游离睾酮(FT)和硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)水平随年龄增长而降低,60-67岁组最低(P〈0.05);血清性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平,随年龄增长而升高,60-67岁组最高(P〈0.05);血清总睾酮(TT)、雌二醇(E2)水平在不同年龄组间总体差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。不同年龄组间全髋及股骨颈骨密度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而骨代谢标志物之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。骨量异常组FT及E2水平均低于骨量正常组(P〈0.05);两组间TT、DHEAS、SHBG水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论男性2型糖尿病患者随年龄增长导致的性激素改变,可能是其发生骨质疏松的主要原因,其中FT、E2可以作为男性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松的主要观测指标。
