尿流量对重型颅脑损伤患者膀胱温监测准确性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 重型颅脑损伤患者常会出现中枢性高热,临床中多采用低温治疗和降温措施以改善患者的高热状态,因此患者体温的变化既反映了患者病情的变化,也反映治疗的效果。膀胱温监测作为重要的体温监测手段,由于其创伤小,可提供连续稳定的体温监测结果,操作简单、方便,被越来越多的应用于危重症患者的体温监测。
