摘要
在目前的过程控制系统中,大多数工业过程均使用PID控制律,而PID的参数选择对于系统的稳定性、准确性、快速性有决定性影响。因此,研究能表达最优控制品质的目标函数具有重要意义。根据不同的间接型目标函数,通过分析比较仿真曲线和仿真数据,得出了单回路和串级控制系统的控制品质与间接型目标函数之间的关系,从而可以根据实际应用时对控制品质的要求选择所需的目标函数。
In the current process control system, the PID control is used in most industrial processes, and the selection of PID parameters has a decisive impact on system stability, accuracy and rapidity. The research on the optimal objective function has important significance to control quality. In this paper, according to the comparative analy- sis of simulation curves and data for different indirect objective functions, the relationship between the control quality of single loop and cascade control system and indirect objective function is obtained, which can provide a selection rule of the objective function according to the actual application requirements of control quality.
