摘要
采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工业丙烯酸甲酯含量,该方法载气为高纯氮气,样品经DB-1701毛细管柱(14%氰丙基-苯基-甲基聚硅氧烷填料,可用溶剂冲洗)分离,采用FID检测器检测,用校正面积归一化法定量计算工业丙烯酸甲酯含量,通过实测样品分析验证了方法的可行性和准确性,为工业生产丙烯酸甲酯成品的质量控制提供了快速、有效的测定方法。
This article useed capillary gas chromatography to determine of industrial acrylic acid methyl ester analysis of content. The method carrier gas was high purity nitrogen, samples by DB-1701 capillary column(14%- cyanogen propyl- phenyl- methyl polysiloxane filler,available solvent flushing) separation,using FID detector detection, using corrected area normalization method quantitative calculation industrial acrylic acid methyl ester content. The feasibility and accuracy of the method were verified by the analysis of the measured samples. To provide a rapid and effective determination method for the quality control of industrial acrylic acid methyl ester of the industrial production.
