论中俄争议领土的划界对中印领土争端的启示——以黑瞎子岛为例

On the Enlightenment of the Territorial Delimitation between China and Russia to the Territorial Dispute between China and India-taking the example of Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island

2004年中俄两国完成了黑瞎子岛的划界,妥善地解决了两国之间多年的领土争端问题。中俄双方成功解决领土争端的案例为中印和谈提供了有益的启示。文章通过对比2014年中俄和近期中印的发展战略、国家实力、国际环境、务实和谈等要素,力求找出两者之间的异同处,为未来中印两国解决领土争端提供借鉴与参考。

Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island was the last piece of disputed territory between China and Russia. China andRussia have completed Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island delimitation in 2004. After that, there is no territorial disputebetween China and Russia. The enlightenment from this action is useful to the solution of territorial dispute be-tween China and India. Some essential elements, such as the development strategy, the national power, the inter-national environment, negotiation and so on are important in resolving territorial disputes. This article comparesthe essential elements of China and Russia of the year 2004, and that of present China and India aiming to findthe differences and similarities of them, and provide reference for the solution of territorial dispute between Chi-na and India.
