农村小学教学硬件设备有了长足的发展,但是教学效果却进步不大,有教师的原因也有教育的原因,可以通过对教师进行培训、集优教育、提高绩效、全面评价等策略来解决这个难题。
The development of hardware devices have come a long way in rural primary school teaching, but the teaching effect is not big. there are reasons of teachers and the education, which can be solved through teachers training,optimal education strategies, improving performance and comprehensive evaluation
