摘要
什么样的教师才能算得上是一个合格的小学数学教师呢?笔者认为,要做到以下三点:专业知识要过关,对待工作要负责,打造快乐的教学课堂。
What kind of teachers can be qualified primary school teachers？ The author thinks that qualified teachers should meet the following three requirements： professional knowledge, responsible for work, and creation of happy teaching classroom.
