试论中小学法治教育的改进

中小学法治教育事关中小学生的健康成长和全面推进依法治国的顺利进行。当前的中小学法治教育存在着定位不明确、思想认识不到位、教育内容不系统、保障手段不得力等问题。改进中小学法治教育需要从全面推进依法治国的角度来定位,转变不正确的认识,编写系统法治教材,并提供充分的制度和师资保障。

The law-related education of primary and middle schools influences the healthy growth of students and the promotion of law-based governance. There are problems of unclear positioning in the current law education of primary and middle schools, and we should improve the wrong understandings from the angle of promoting law-based governance.
