一个班级中肯定既有好学生又有后进生,而后进生则犹如班集体里一个不和谐的音符。对此,教师应下苦工夫去转化后进生。这不仅是一项艰巨的任务,还是一项极其重要的工作内容。教师要想做好这项工作,必须要具有强烈的责任心以及对学生深沉的爱,才能真正转化后进生,构建一个和谐的班集体。

In a class, there are certainly both good students and underachievers, whereas the underachievers are like a discordant note in the class. The teachers should pay efforts to transform the underachievers. This is not only a difficult task, but also extremely important job content. To do this job well, teachers must have a strong sense of responsibility and deep love for students. Only by doing this can we truly transform the underachievers and build a harmonious class.
