The article is based on characteristics of distributed photovoltaic system application to interpret national policy support for distributed photovoltaic project construction. It also analyzes regional resource of Shanghai colleges and universities. It takes an example of Shanghai Jiaotong University distributed photovoltaic system construction practice to carry out technical discussion.
