Application of PP/Rice Husk High Performance Composite Materials in Building Template

摘要 研究了采用聚丙烯/稻壳粉复合材料制备建筑模板的加工工艺,同时测试并分析了该复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:稻壳粉在与聚丙烯熔融混合前进行改性可以有效提高复合材料的力学性能;稻壳粉用量对复合材料力学性能的影响较为明显。 Rice husk-polypropylene as the main materials of construction formwork is a kind of economical and practical new composite of building template, while maintaining the good properties of the building template and can effectively improve the rice husk utilization, for farmers to create more economic benefits, and has very good research value, this paper mainly studies the processing technology of rice husk/polypropylene building template, and the test analysis of the mechanical properties. We Found after grinding the rice husk powder in polypropylene melt mixing modification can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the composite, and rice husk and polypropylene hybrid mass ratio will affect the mechanical properties of the composites.
