LDPE/硅藻土复合材料的制备及其对甲醛吸附性能的影响 被引量:3

Preparation of PE/Diatomite Composites and Its Influence on the Adsorption Properties of Formaldehyde

摘要 采用溶液插层法,将低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)溶于对二甲苯溶液中,使其形成聚乙烯单链,在插层剂丙烯酰胺(AM)的作用下与经硅烷偶联剂和过氧化二异丙苯改性的硅藻土进行溶液插层,制备出具有吸附性能的LDPE/硅藻土复合材料,并考察了该复合材料的各项力学性能以及对甲醛的吸附性能。结果表明:LDPE/硅藻土复合材料对甲醛具有较强的吸附性;随着硅藻土用量的增加,LDPE/硅藻土复合材料的拉伸强度略有降低,冲击强度呈现先提高后降低的趋势,其熔体流动速率则逐渐降低。 The low density polyethylene(LDPE) was dissolved in xylene solution to form a single polyethylene, and the intercalation agent-acrylamide was intercalated in the solution with diatomite which was modified by silane coupling agent and dicumyl peroxide, and then the LDPE/diatomite composites with adsorption properties were prepared by means of solution intercalation method. The mechanical properties of LDPE/diatomite composites and its influence on the adsorption properties of formaldehyde were investigated. The results show that: with the increasing content of diatomite, the LDPE/diatomite composite material has strong adsorption influence on formaldehyde, the tensile strength of composites decreases slightly and the impact strength increases firstly and then decreases, and then the melt flow rate decreases gradually.
