石蜡基复合相变材料的制备和稳定性研究 被引量:4

摘要 制备了能在室温下发生相变的石蜡基复合相变材料。采用熔点为50-52℃的固体石蜡和熔点约为5℃的两种液体石蜡为原料,按照一定的比例复配,通过熔融共混、自然冷却制备而成。研究了原料配比对相变温度的影响,并研究了相变材料的稳定性。结果表明:通过改变固液石蜡的质量配比,可获得不同相变温度的石蜡基复合相变材料。当两种液体石蜡、固体石蜡的质量比为1:4:5时,相变温度约为26℃,且随着液体石蜡的加入,复配石蜡的相变温度逐渐降低,相变材料室温下的扩散稳定性逐渐降低。当石蜡基复合相变材料通过硅藻土或碳酸钙吸附并用高密度聚乙烯作载体包裹处理后,复合相变材料的质量损失率明显降低,室温稳定性好。 A paraffin based composite phase change material capable of phase transformation at room temperature was prepared. Taking paraffin wax melting point of 50-52℃ and two liquid paraffin melting point of about 5℃ as raw materials, according to a certain proportion compounded by melt blending, paraffin-based composite phase change material was prepared by melt blending and natural cooling. The effect of the ratio of raw material for the phase change temperature of the material, and the stability of the phase change materials were studied. The results show that by changing the mass ratio of the solid liquid paraffin, the paraffin based composite phase change material can be obtained with different phase change temperature. When two liquid paraffin and solid paraffin mass ratio is 1:4:5, phase transition temperature is about 26℃, and with the addition of liquid paraffin, paraffin complex phase transition temperature decreases, the phase change material at room temperature stability of diffusion decreases. The mass loss rate of the composite phase change materials is lower and the stability of the composite phase change material is better after the paraffin based composite phase change material is processed by the adsorption of the diatomite or the calcium carbonate and the high density polyethylene is used as the carrier.
