成核剂BN对P34HB发泡材料性能的影响

Effect of Nucleate Agent BN on Performance of Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-4-hydroxybutyrate) Foam Material

摘要 将不同用量的成核剂(BN)添加到聚3-羟基丁酸-4-羟基丁酸酯(P34HB)基体中,采用熔融模压法制备了P34HB/BN发泡材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)探究了BN用量对发泡材料密度、泡孔尺寸及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当BN用量为3份时,发泡材料的力学性能最佳,密度最低,材料内部泡孔大小及分布均匀。 Different contents of nucleate agent BN were added to poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-4-hydroxybutyrate(P34HB) matrix, the P34HB/BN foam material were prepared via melt molding. The effects of dosage of BN agents on foam density, cell size, and the mechanical properties of foamed materials were investigated by using scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that: when the amount of BN is 3 phr, the mechanical properties of foamed materials are the best, the density is lowest, the size and the distribution of inner bubble are uniform.
