微波消解/ICP-MS法测定食品级色母粒中13种金属元素 被引量:5

Determination of 13 Metal Elements in Masterbatches for Foods by ICP-MS with Microwave Digestion

摘要 建立了微波消解/电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定食品级色母粒中铁、锂、钴、铬、锰、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅、汞、锑、钡等13种金属元素的方法。通过微波消解对色母粒样品进行前处理,采用ICP-MS测定,内标法定量。结果表明:所测元素线性范围宽,线性相关系数均大于0.999 7;方法的检出限为0.012-0.105 mg/kg,不同基体样品的加标回收率为83.4%-106%,相对标准偏差为1.4%-6.3%。该方法简单快速、准确可靠,能够同时对食品级色母粒中13种金属元素进行测定分析。 A method for simultaneous determination of Fe, Li, Co, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Pb, Hg, Sb and Ba in masterbatches for foods by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was established. The masterbatches were pretreated by microwave digestion, determined by ICP-MS, and then quantified by internal standard method. The results show that, the linear range of the measured elements is wide, and the linear correlation coefficient is more than 0.9997, and the detection limits are 0.012-0.105 mg/kg. The recoveries for the spiked samples are 83.4%-106%, and the relative standard deviations range from 1.4% to 6.3%. This method has advantages of simplicity, rapidity, and it's reliable and applicable for simultaneous determination of 13 metal elements in masterbatches for foods.
