摘要
发动机空中启动试验是评价发动机性能的重要手段。介绍了某涡轴发动机空中启动试验方法,分析了启动时间、启动中燃气涡轮后温度T45峰值、关车后降温时间随启动高度的变化关系,发现随启动高度增加,启动时间呈二次曲线增加、T45温度峰值线性下降、关车后降温时间增加。分析结果为改良设计和后续安排相应科目试飞提供了指导。
Airstart experiment is an important means of assessing the performance of an engine.The airstart experiment method of the turboshaft engine is introduced first. Then the relationship of the starting time,the maximum T45 through starting,the cooling time after powering off with the airstart height is analyzed. It is found that as the airstart height increases,the starting time will get a parabolic increase,the maximum T45 will decrease linearly,and the cooling time will increase.The results of the analysis provide guidance of improving design and arranging flight test in the future.
