摘要
基于"人-机-管理-环境"的系统工程理论,分析了影响航空装备试飞风险的各个因素,建立了航空装备试飞风险评价的指标体系。采用层次分析法、熵值法、模糊综合评价法等运筹学的基本方法,结合航空装备试飞的技术特点,建立了一套能够量化评价航空装备试飞风险的评价方法,并利用C++Builder开发了面向对象的评价软件。以某型飞机常规科目的试飞为例,通过计算得到其试飞风险值为1.22,试飞风险水平处在"低"状态,与实际的试飞情况相符合。
Based on the systems engineering theory of " People-Machine-ManagementEnvironment",every factor which influences flight test risk of aviation equipment is analyzed in this article,and a full index system for the quantitative evaluation of flight test risk of aviation equipment is built. A method for quantitative evaluation of flight test risk of aviation equipment is built by combining the characteristics of flight test and the mathematical methodology of operations research which includes analytical hierarchy process,entropy method and fussy comprehensive evaluation method. The object-oriented evaluation software is also developed under the complier environment of C + + builder. Taking conventional subject flight test of an aircraft as an example,the obtained value of 1. 22 by calculating flight test risk shows that the flight test risk is in low state,which is consistent with the actual test situation.
