摘要 油气集输系统作为油气开采的重要环节和主要能耗环节,其工程投资一般占地面工程总投资的50%左右,能耗约占油气田生产能耗的35%,随着全球油气价格的下降和低碳经济的不断发展,节能降耗成为油气田工作的重要组成部分。对油气集输系统节能技术进行了分析,在长庆油田进行了改造应用。经对比监测,2014年节约电能422.25×104k Wh,节约原油1950 t,节约天然气129.75×104m3,折合标准煤5921.76 t。 Oil & gas gathering and transportation system is an important link and the main energy-consumption link in the oil & gas exploitation,the project investment is generally accounted for about 50%of the total investment for surface engineering,the energy-consumption accounts for about 35%of oil & gas field production energy-consumption,with the development of global oil and gas prices decline and a low carbon economy,the saving-energy & consumption-reducing has become an important part of oil and gas field work.The energy-saving technology for oil & gas gathering and transportation system has bee analyzed in this paper.The energy-saving renovation has been carried out in Changqing oilfield.After comparing with monitoring,422.25*10~4kWh of power,1950 t of oil and 129.75×10~4 m^3 of natural gas can be saved in 2014.
