摘要
为了分析以冷凝壁挂炉为热源的低温地板辐射采暖的温度分布特性,建立了采暖房间的数学模型,测量了稳态传热时的室内温度分布情况,并采用不同的控制方式测得温度分布的波动情况.分析冷凝壁挂炉的不同供水温度对实验房间温度分布的影响,并对不同供水温度下房间采暖的舒适度进行定性分析,得到在一定的温湿度条件下使房间舒适度较好的供水温度.结果表明:在室外温度为8~15℃、室外湿度为30%~70%范围内的气象条件下,启动初期,地暖室内温度分布总体由下至上,温度由高至低,地板表面温度最高,但均匀性较差;稳态阶段,室内空气温度的变化幅度不大,且分布较为均匀;当供水温度为63℃时,房间温度较为舒适.
To analyze the temperature distribution of low-temperature floor radiant heating, a mathematical model of heating room was established, the indoor temperature distribution of the steady state heat transfering was measured, and fluctuations in temperature distribution for different ways of control were adopted. The effect of different supply water temperatures from the condensing boiler on the room temperature and room comfort were studied. The result shows that in the condition of temperature 8-15℃, humidity 30%-70%, temperature distribution in the room is that the floor temperature and that of the top of room is the lowest. The temperature of the floor surface is the highest, but its uniformity is poor. In the steady state, air temperature of the room is uniform and change a little. The room temperature is relatively comfortable when the supply water temperature is 63℃.
