摘要
针对当前我国健康信息服务平台运营主体未能与数据来源和信息需求主体建立有效接口这一显著缺陷,通过架构"3+2"平台设计有利于其运行与瓶颈突破的机制,促使健康数据最大限度地在平台汇聚与利用,提升大数据环境下健康信息服务平台的效能.
Focus on the defect that the current platform operator hasn＇t built effective interfaces to the data source and information needs sides, a ＂3 ＋ 2＂ platform was built to design the mechanism of operate and breaking bottleneck. The platform can promote the health data the maximum convergence and utilization, and enhance the efficiency of the health information service platform under the big data environment.
