摘要 当前企业正在努力通过压缩成本、缩短投产周期和加强质量管理等更加精细化的手段提升企业竞争力。目前,引入行业的最佳实践、改善企业的生产、经营状况已经成为各个企业面临的重大问题。主要介绍了企业在信息化软件过程中结合软件生命周期,通过引入模糊层次分析法(AHP)和模糊逼近于理想法(Fuzzy TOPSIS),建立了供应商选择的评价模型,最后将该方法应用到企业的招标管理中,起到了良好的效果。 Currently the enterprises try to promote their competitiveness with the more refined means of cost reduction,production cycle shortening and quality management strengthening. Introducing the industry′s best practices,and improving the enterprises′ production and operation status have become the major problem faced by all enterprises. The information software process of the enterprises is proposed. In combination with the software life cycle,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(fuzzy TOPSIS)are introduced to establish the evaluation model of the supplier selection. The method was applied to the enterprises′ tender management,and has good effect.
